At Qamis.in, every product is made with care and printed especially for you. Since our T-shirts are made to order, please allow some additional time for processing before your order is shipped.

1. Order Processing

All Qamis.in products are made to order.

  • Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Processing time includes printing, quality checking, packing, and preparing your order for shipment.

  • During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take a little longer.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Time

After your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

India: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that the shipping time begins after the order has been processed and dispatched, not from the date the order was placed.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.

From time to time, Qamis.in may offer free shipping promotions or special shipping offers. Any such offer will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, where available.

You can use the tracking details to follow the progress of your shipment.

If your tracking information has not been updated for several days, please contact our support team.

5. Delivery Delays

Although we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur because of:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

Qamis.in is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details are correct before completing your order.

If you realize that you have entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery

If a courier attempts delivery and the package cannot be delivered because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect, or the customer refuses/does not accept the package, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.

If the package is returned to Qamis.in, additional shipping charges may be required to resend the order.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs or a video of the package before opening it, if possible.

If the product inside is damaged, contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos/videos of the package

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • A description of the issue

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

9. Lost or Missing Orders

If your tracking information shows that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with family members, neighbours, building security, or the delivery location.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us so that we can assist you in contacting the shipping partner.

10. International Shipping

Currently, Qamis.in primarily focuses on deliveries within India.

International shipping availability, if offered, will be displayed at checkout. International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, or other import charges.
